Dear universe,

As with my last letter, it has been many months since writing you. I can only say Time is ever so slippery because I live fully within each moment while enjoying the company of my truest love. Please allow me to continue my ongoing story of appreciation for the wonderful woman in my life.

Crossing paths with her has been the best thing that ever happened to me. Each day begins with her head resting on my chest and ends the same. We have and could talk for hours at a time about this and that. It really doesn’t matter what we talk about. We effortlessly enjoy the richness of free association and bounce from topic to topic. I feel so close to her. I can and do tell her anything that is on my mind. I feel as though we have known each other for a lifetime.

When I look into her eyes I can see the pureness of her heart. Her laugh is like music to my ears. She laughs openly and often. It is my belief that happiness is a choice and I know for a fact she chooses it each and every day. Anyone who knows her will come to know her joy. She practices true kindness to all people she encounters. She views the world with optimistic eyes assuming all people have the best of intentions.

I love the feeling of coming home to her. The way I feel just knowing I have her in my life is beyond words amazing. I really just enjoy spending time with her no matter what it is. I look forward to those quiet moments laying together. Or, listening to a rainstorm on the patio. I look forward to anything and everything that I get to do with her, for her, and yes … to her ;-).

We live life to the fullest within each and every moment. Many weekends end with us feeling totally and utterly exhausted in the best way. I’m quite certain we couldn’t have extracted a single minute more from life. During these times I recall having a complete fullness glowing in my mind and heart. So many utterly amazing moments have shaped the foundation for an outstanding life together.

Each of us endured so much before finding each other. I believe our paths were destined to cross. Destiny showed us the way to each other and only fate could have opened the door.

I will always love her and give her my all. She is so much more than I could ever have imagined. I am ever grateful for having this chance to experience love the way it was truly intended.
