Happy Anniversary (the big 10) (first decade together)

We have a kind, generous, thoughtful, always fun and passionate love. I am so glad to have met you. I cannot imagine life without you and I together.

We have shared so many wonderful moments in our first decade together. Lived more life with you than all my previous lives combined. Loved and supported each other through all of the ups and downs.

No matter what is going on we prioritize our desire to connect. A constant force powerfully creating tantalizing tension. A tension full of desire lovingly pulling us to connect. At last, we connect, touching, caressing, exploring, and satisfying beyond anything we could have thought possible. Waves of ecstasy flowing over us like the untamed ocean.

I am very grateful for what we have and will always treasure our relationship.

The other day I was looking for a picture of us for my phone background. I searched for selfies of us. I found myself scrolling through the images of our life together. Sometimes, I can’t believe THIS is real.

Happy Birthday my love

Dear Universe,

I realize it has been many moons since my previous letter. The time between letters must be related to living such a full and happy life. Of course, THIS life would not be possible if it were not for your infinite wisdom to ensure Michelle and I met. To this day, I am filled with gratitude for our meeting. We have built a wonderous relationship founded on kindness and love. We have shown immense strength in our togetherness through life’s challenges. Together, we can and do accomplish great things. I am immensely proud of the life and home we have built together. Did I mention that Michelle and I share a love of the moon? We have spent many of nights gazing at the moon together. A favorite memory …. we were floating on rafts together under a full moon during our first visit to Jamaica. That, among many other memories brings joy to my soul.

She is a beautiful and passionate woman who unleashes the animal in me. We enjoy spending lots of time together no matter what we are doing. She is the kindest person I know and always sees the good in people. I could not be happier being her husband. She enables me to follow my dreams and is always there when I need her.

You surprised me by taking me to the Brit Floyd concert at Comerica Theator. It was a spectacular performance. We ended up on the first row.
